Washington Spectator Chooses MEI Global to Expand Content Partnerships
Content Licensing Agency to pursue deals enabling wider sharing of Washington Spectator's sharp-edged, insightful content
NEW YORK, June 3, 2025 -- The Washington Spectator (TWS), founded in 1971 as a purveyor of independent, progressive journalism, today announced that it is partnering with content licensing experts MEI Global, LLC (MEIG) to increase the visibility and impact of its reporting. The MEIG dealmaker team will leverage the investigative reporting, informed social and political commentary, and cultural criticism of TWS' highly respected reporting to seek distribution partners who understand the value of authoritative coverage of critical issues that go under-reported by mainstream media.
Founded by veteran Capitol Hill reporter and Vietnam War critic Tristram Coffin, the reader-supported TWS covers topics from poverty in America and the social implications of the coming Artificial Intelligence (AI) boom, to the fragility of the US elections system and the ideological leaning of the Supreme Court.
